Aniimo Pass Cards: Can You Use Two in One Version?

No. Aniimo allows one Battle Pass redemption card per version, and only one paid pass tier can be active for that period. If a paid tier is already active, keep unused cards for a future version. Activating Advanced does not let you activate a separate Collector's pass on top of it; the official FAQ describes a paid upgrade instead.

Do unused redemption cards expire?

According to Console Questions 12 and 13, unused redemption items have no expiration and can be carried into future versions. That does not mean an activated pass stays active indefinitely. Console Question 3 says the corresponding Companion Handbook tier lasts until the current version ends.

Keep these two states separate: an unused inventory item can be retained, while an activated entitlement belongs to its current period.

Is receiving two console packs the same as activating two passes?

No. Console Question 10 says eligible PlayStation and Xbox pre-orders can be linked to the same Aniimo Pass and both packs can be claimed from in-game mail. Questions 12 and 13 separately limit paid pass activation and redemption. Receiving the contents of multiple packs does not remove that limit.

For the platform and mailbox route, see our console pack claim guide. That page covers receipt; this page covers what happens when you use the pass cards.

Should I purchase a pass before using a card I already own?

The official FAQ recommends using redemption items first to avoid duplicate purchases. Its rule also applies when the active paid tier came from a purchase: remaining redemption items must wait for a future version. Check your inventory and active tier before proceeding with a purchase.

Does a saved card guarantee a particular future reward?

No specific future reward is established by the no-expiration rule. Console Question 3 says the exclusive Prismana Aniimo egg changes by version, so refer to the version in which the Handbook item is redeemed. This guide does not promise an unreleased version's rewards.

What we checked, and what we did not

We reread the official FAQ in a browser on October 6 and compared the multiple-pack receipt rule, redemption limit, activation period, and future-version rule. The table above is an original arrangement of those documented cases. We did not redeem a card, purchase an upgrade, or verify an individual account's inventory.

The exact current upgrade price and the availability of an upgrade on your account are not established here. Use the displayed in-game details for those decisions. For general platform setup, see the download and account guide.
